Full co-operation of the parents and guardians Is essential in order to attain the high academic standard as well as sublime ideals and alms of the Institution. Parents are requested to keep an eye on their wards so that the ideals as stated In the foregoing pages are followed by the girls and boys in thelr home life too. Their wards should devote at least some time every day to prayer and serious study. Early rising, good manners and gentlemanly behaviour, truthfulness and cleanliness, dignity of labour etc. should always be observed at home. Boys should not be allowed to be in bad company either through friends or TV or Internet. They should not be allowed to see Cinema/T.V. shows or surfing the internet except those meant for students. Unless the guardians have full faith In the educational ideals of the Institution, and uniess full co-operation as a team is received from them, the training In the Institution for the formation of character ofthe students cannot be effective.

Lack of co-operation on the part of guardians would imply that they do not want real development of their wards and this may result in the failure of the students to adjust and consequently their ultimate removal from the institution

LEAVE REGULATIONS

Leave of absences granted only on the following grounds:

• Seriousillness or death ofa very near relative.
• Seriousillness or death ofa very near relative.
• Applications for such leave should be sent by the parents or guardians well in advance.

if a guardian wants to withdraw his ward during the session, he is requested to note that en, wmount deposited at the time of Admission is non-refundable. If a guardian wants to withdraw his Wan from the next session, Le. from April, he should convey his decision in writing by the 31st December. Invi ‘ Of non-provision for any kind of lateral admission to this institution, the guardian will have to pay. Compensation of Rs. 6000.00 extra if the letter reaches the office after the 3ist December.

REMOVAL

The Principal is fully empowered by the Discipline subcommittee to remove a student on gro, of gross disobedience and misconduct, or, in his opinion, if the student has failed to accept the norms discipline of the institution and his stay is considered to be detrimental to other students. Thy parent/guardian may be asked to withdraw his ward also, if he fails to come up to the academic Standary o his class due to negligence in study as well as on the grounds such as: a) Serious moral lapses, b) Leaving thy ) school premises without permission from the competent authority, c) Grave insubordination, bragging Stealing or extortion, defying Vidyapith authority, d) Habitual bed-wetting, e) False information of any typ, furnished in Application form, f) Involvement in Politics.

• in matters of dispute of any kind, the decision of the principal will be final and binding.
• Alllegal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Gauhati High Court.
• All correspondence is to be made to the Principal only.
